The "Personal EU" initiative: What is it?

Personal EU is a vision of the European union as "the worlds most advanced innovation society", where all ~500 million citizens each have an own union-wide, life-long and challenge-high team: one individual with equal challenge profile from up to each EU country.

Why should I have an own "Personal EU"?

- To extend your daily life and activities to a level, which is essential and natural for the European union - and in a pleasant way very useful for You as a citizen of the European union.

- To have in practice a straight personal connection with your union-wide rights, duties and challenges (written for you in the union's law's and regulations).

- To ensure, that Europe's rich cultures widely cooperate with eachothers and produce innovative results for our common best.

What should a "Personal EU" team be able to do?

- Create itself easily by using a "Personal EU27 Team Finder".

- Interact using one's own language - and understanding the interaction in the own language, too (This is the most essential challenge but not the first to complete).

- Use common multilateral illustration tools for pursuing, researching, developing and working ... getting unique results together.

- Benefit from the best union-wide databases and archives and get different kinds of inter-national comparisons for idea refining.

- Use automatized business models to find new ways to successfully organize the team and its member activities.

- Use a very clear and acceptable voting tool to easily make clear the up-to-date opinions and starting points of the team (for public union-wide use, too - when needed)

Who is behind the Personal EU vision?

- The father of the Personal EU idea is Kurt Linderoos (* 3.6.1940 Helsinki, Finland). In 1990's he started to think how individuals in different EU countries could start brainstorm networks over country borders and help themselves to help the union to mean more pleasure, safety and success for its citizens. With years, much work, international interaction and pilot teams the Personal EU concept has grown to a serious suggestion - something union-wide, life-long and challenge-high for the union's every (almost 500 million) citizen.
